Men's Senior Training began on Tuesday 16th August, 7.30 pm - 9 pm and takes place every Tuesday evening.
Women’s Senior training: 1s and 2s on Wednesday’s 6.50-9pm, 3s and 4s on Mondays 7-8.30pm

Junior Training began on Tuesday 13th Sept, 7 - 8 pm and takes place every Tuesday  and Wednesday evening (boys and girls welcome to either session).
